HELP!!!

Hi My dad ordered a small package (a camera) from aafes.com (military store) on June 28th, the item shipped from Japan the next day. Today is July 14th, and still no package, my dad called the aafes store 1 week ago, and he was informed my package was in customs in San Franciso, ( I live in Modesto). My question is how long will it take my package to get clearance???
