my home was in bankruptcy. In Dec 2008, we received a letter from court that our house was going to be sold. My husbands employer had been taking the $262.00 out of his check a week, but not sending it in to the bankrupt truste since July of 08. we had to pay $5865.00 to keep our house. just 3 days after that, the business closed, no one had a clue, so this whole year we have been in our house, just waiting to be thrown out because my husband is on unemployment in Ms which is not much and all i can do is feed us and pay utilities. o.k. here is my question. my husband gets his 1st s.s. check Oct 28 , he turned 62 in aug.so he retired. we can still save our home if some lender will work with us. He will get $1459.00 month and i make $640.00 a month tips, which are decent. Thank you"
