how do I create a parenting time calendar?.....to show the court how my ex-husband is noncompliant and EASY TO READ ?

Print out an online calendar for the months needed. Insert dates, times of visitation or whatever and leave the other dates blank showing no compliance or visitation. Not sure of your circumstances but this should get you started.

Thank you for your suggestion. It's a good idea to leave the days blank to show compliance; however for example .. My ex-husbands parenting time visits are two times a week 6-9pm, every other weekend 11a-8pm and on the "off" saturdays 6-8 pm. So,, since there are 7 days in a week and he doesnt see her every day, how can I get the noncompliance to really stand out? Any pointers? Thanks a million...... Nicole

Maybe all dates he is non compliant, you should highlite those dates on your calendar with a color. Just a thought. Since days he is compliant will be blank, those dates he is non compliant should stand out with a color block or something.....not sure but it would work for me! Take Care!

Perfect...I will do that. One more question.. He constantly shows up on Non-Parenting days... so, how do you think I could incorporate this or shouldn't I ?? Whats do you think?

Sounds like he is trying to be a good father but then I do not know why he is showing up. Could hurt your case if you are trying to show his non compliance. The truth always prevails so do what you think is right for you AND your daughter. Divorce doesn't mean you have to be enemies. Good Luck to you......
