I am so sorry for what you are going through, I think I have a basic understanding of your situation. My Fiance is disabled, he fell 3 stories in 2000 and broke his back. I work full time, although I had a triple bypass almost 3 years ago. but it is still very difficult to make it each month, It's the state of the economy. Here is one suggestion... After 29 years of living in one location, I am sure that you have acquired alot of "Stuff" . Why not look into having a yard sale, you can do this at your own pace and you'd be surprised at what your "old" stuff can do to turn itself into cold, hard, you know what! Even a few boxes of stuff that you no longer use or need can help. Just remember, when pricing the items, consider what the original price was and what condition it is in now. Don't short change yourself, people are willing to pay for things that they need for 1/3 to 1/2 of the original price of an item if it's something that they NEED. Pots, pans, old clothing that dosn't fit anymore, but is still in good condition, collectible items (check on eBay for these items to see what people are willing to pay for collectibles, I have personally purchased a statuette for .25 cents that sold on eBay for 168.00! Ebay is a wonderful source for either selling online, or pricing things that you aren't sure of, so you can give the buyer a good deal and not rip yourself off!

In the meantime, keep the faith, you and Cathie will be in our prayers.

God Bless, Leigh-Leigh
