Why is there such a power shortage in iraq? If the iraqui people would at least try to cooperate and use some of the oil revenues they could solve alot of their problems. It seems that they don't want to help themselves and want some other country to pick up the tab for them. I think we have done a whole lot more for them than they have tried to do for themselves. Is aghanistan going to be another one of these same situations and if so who again is supposed to pay for it? I think we should start to let them all fend for themselves a whole lot more.
