Anyone know over the counter meds for anxiety.
Maybe try Benadryl. If nothing else, it will put you to sleep.
The best thing to do is talk to your dr. before taking any otc meds for you anxiety.

You need to go to the doctor, but you could try some of the herbal remedies such as St. Johns worts. Sounds funny but look it up.
