Can you give us a scenario or use case in which you would like to use mobile HDTV?
If you are looking for mobile in the sense of handheld devices, the screen is small enough that receiving HD content might be overkill considering the size. If you are recording HDTV at home and want to stream it you can look into orb.com or slingmedia.com for mobile streaming.
