Would our government do anything to hurt us? Maybe. I doubt that HAARP is the cause of global warming, the scientists say that it is the greenhouse gases and the hole in the ozone layer that is causing the problem (not HAARP). If they believed it was HAARP causing the problem I think they would be quick to say so. After all, they have been quick enough to proclaim it a problem even when our government acted as if it wasn't a problem. Global warming is a problem. I heard that it can change the monsoon season in India enough to ruin crops there. Thousands starve in India and more will be starving if Global warming isn't stopped. The monsoon season can be changed by only one or two degrees farenheit to bring about this starvation. So watch out for India. It is an ancient civilization and it would be a shame to see anything negative happen to it. Those are real human beings there trying to live out their lives, raise their families and do the things that most people do.
