H1N1 breeding ground

What do you say? Sewage is dangerousanywhere it is not disposed of properly.  OK: if Hamas cannot be trusted with certain materials it is time for "Lets make a Deal" let the UN come in and fix the problem as they are the one's who say this sewage is dangerous for that region. Have a mandate it is done else where and both Israel and Hamas can watch.  Why has not the countries in that region doing something or saying something. Looks like before the first bomb is drop everyone will be die of some water born decease.
