My H1B visa is damaged. i need to apply for fresh ...pls help

My H1B visa is damaged. i need to apply for fresh VISA. what are the possible Questions they might ask. and chances of getting it easily? is it the same procedure as that of getting new VISA. i have a copy of my original VISA too.
