H1B visa Status
I Have a valid H1 work visa, I want to quit my employer due to bad business conditions and move back to my home country. I have a ticket for Sept. 2008 for my home country, If I resign my job right now with 2 weeks notice can I stay till Sept. or do I have to leave the country within 7-10 days. Thanks
