I think that guys who wax/pluck their eyebrows are far from being metro sexuals. Many guys wax/pluck becuase they have a unibrow and to basically have a better appereance.

It just depends how well of a job is done, some guys "over do it". When guys wax/pluck its important to still have the thick brow, its more of just a clean up around the edges and center if there is a unibrow.

I was with a guy once that did fix his eyebrows and he was far from being a metro sexual . I think if the guy over does it then you have a problem. Man can take care of  their body hair and do it in a way that won't damage their

masculinity even a bit. Lets say he gets his eyebrows real thin like a womans then you might start suspecting.

He doesn't and to tell the honest truth, I wouldn't mind setting him an appointment with my beautician for some plucking :-)

He'd never agree though.

If a guy has very bushy eyebrows, it would make sense to trim or pluck them SENSIBLY-Meaning not overdone to look gay or metrosexualized. Some guys just need it, especially guys with unibrows. There are numerous ways a guy can tweeze his eyebrows to not look overdone. Subtle is key in this process. A guy should maintain it to look as natural as possible.

I have "copper-wire" red hair, but I'm balding so I shave my head.  My eyebrows and arm hair get bleached from the sun so i've got white ones and get little hairs growing in between my brows, those ones get plucked but the rest stay.  If your guy is going to the extent of plucking his eyebrows to get a perfect shape he could be a bit metro, but if he's getting rid of stray ones I'd call it basic personal maintenance.
