Those gutter guards shown may work to keep the debris out but they do not let the water in. They make work in some cases but it depends on the pitch of your roof and the distance between the edge of the roof and your gutters (they are supposed to slope) They will be further away from the roof on one end than the other end and in turn, the angle at which they are installed is different. Do you actually use those?
