Guardianship in the State of South Carolina-Grandparents

I'd like to know if anyone knows the protocol and approximate price range of gaining guardianship over a grandchild? If both parents are in agreement of the change in custody/guardianship? If you are a lawyer and would like to send me your name please do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cool Equal justice for All

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

Your best bet is contact a good family law attorney and find out what all is involved and as for the cost it can very from attorney to attorney. As every attorney charges a different rate per hour.
