Put all on notice that if they to continue to feed this nuclear building project. What if out of 194 nations only 10 were committed to this path of supporting Iran. Surely 184 nations could cause some kind of sanctions that would stop this. "Majority Rules" does it not but ones guess is that the stage of the game money talks and peace can walk.
