Only had my pc a little over a year and had AVG the entire time. Never had a problem with any virus, malware, phishing, etc. No problem at all. AVG has given me the protection needed to keep it running well. If you download AVG from the internet be careful of which site you use. When I first got it I went to a site to download that was infected. Fortunately, I was saved from infection and did not download. Only use the official website and not one with a link to AVG. The link could be dangerous. I bought my program in a local Office Depot.
