Is anyone aware of a set of "Green Office" standards for managing/operating non-manufacturing businesses?
I don't know of such a standard. There are documents on the web with guidelines and advice about this, some of them are pretty trivial. The best information resource I know of

When I first read this I thought....there cannot be a place like this because these places all use paper, ink, pencil ergo they are wastful of some of our holiest places. And, I certainly don't want to leave beautiful Florida out in the cold.
