Don't trouble trouble til trouble troubles you.

The stimulus fund wasn't meant for stealing.

But to pay tax on it.

Government can't just take money from treasury

but it gives to people and people pays tax, business pays tax.

than that govenrment gets it.

So...the winner is government...stealing from treasury.
