Just a thought. State Fairs might be an option, though not as "high brow" as some would crave. This would be a once/year opportunity, but your work could be seen by tens of thousands of people in the space of a week or so. Our MN State Fair has both a plant art competition, including seed art, as well as a well respected, juried art competition and show.
