Hi Adi,

there are lots......basically i suggest you work your way from "the end" and define what you want to achieve with adwords (leads ? sales? clicks?) and what is the cost you are willing to pay for each "action". once you have that to measure your campaign against , you can start designing your campaign: i.e.e select keywords to target, break them to groups and apply creatives and bids. few quick notes:

1. create as many adgroups as you can - the more specific  and helpful your ad is towards specific keywords - the better you ads will perform .

2. apply highly relevant destination urls for your keywords/ads. those have a bigger weight in the "quality score" algorithm these days.

3. generally your ad position is determined by ad rank and quality score measures (which are quality measures of your advertising - google wants highly relevant ads for its users, besides boosting it's share price) and by your bid.

4.i suggest you evaluate the bid range in the category, and bid high in the beginning, it will help you get a higher initial quality score.

For more  information, see the numerous blogs available and also try the adwords official blogspot  http://adwords.blogspot.com/

Hope that helps and good luck!

I'm not sure if you intended to name the new book: "Adwords For Dummies" in your question or if it was just a play on words, but in a way, your question actually contains the answer!

A new book recently written by Howie Jacobson (Author) and published by Wiley is "Adwords For Dummies."  I've written a detail book review of this pay-per-click how-to book and you may want to read this Adwords for Dummies book review before buying it.

Adwords For Dummies review:

http://base.google.com/base/a/2575746/D17563693188745828435

In a nutshell, there are two books you might consider as solid investments on your road to improving your pay per click or PPC acumen:

1) Adwords For Dummies by Howie Jacobson ISBN 0470152524

2) Ultimate Guide To Google Adwords by Perry Marshall  ISBN 159918030

There is no way in a single post to Yedda that anyone could do justice to your question and yet, for under $40, you could have a wealth of knowledge at your fingertips by reading Adwords For Dummies and the Ultimate Guide To Google Adwords.

So, to answer your question:

Any tips about using Google Adwords?

Yes! READ the Adwords book review (linked above) and read Adwords For Dummies and the Ultimate Guide To Google Adwords.

Hope this helps!

Hey Adi,

Google Adwords is probably one of the most easiest YET trickiest online advertising avenues you could use.

There are plenty of ways to generate free traffic, such as article marketing and blog marketing.

However, If your certain that you would like to use PPC marketing aka adwords

I believe your best bet is to visit http://www.online-residuals.com

They will set up your own adwords account with the most relevant keywords for internet marketing and mlm and from there you can fine tune whatever you need.

Just like cheap DVD or buy DVD, those keywords are all known for buying of a particular things or stuff. so, when then click on that keyword , we know theres a high percentage we can get  to convert into sales.
