Golden Globe ceremony is supposed to go live on January 13, and the writers' guild announced no member of the guild can take part in the ceremony.
Does that mean the ceremony will be significantly shorter? Postponed? Just badly written?
It won't be shorter because they've probably sold out the ceremony to advertisers and spnsors ages ago, and they can't cut the ad-time.
I guess they would try to make the ceremony into a peace offering kind of even, hoping everyone wants to settle by now.

Well, what about the people's choice awards that's comming on January 8th? The verdicts out on the January 13th show. If the writers' strike isn't resolved by then, there may be no one to pen the telecast script and few stars willing to cross the picket line to walk the red carpet. The verdicts still out. I can't wait to see what happens.
