Pets do not normally want to neither do they like to relieve themselves in the area in which they live. If you have a small yard, which is enclosed, this limits the pet to that area and they have no choice but to drop the load so to speak. If you have a kennel, an outer perimeter fence around the kennel is a great way for them to take care of business outside of their living space and helps to cut back substantially on the problem in the yard. Pets are like one of the kids, they need discipline and routine on a daily basis. once they are on a cycle or schedule to do their business at certain times each day, they will get used to the fact that when in the perimeter fence, it's time to go and not after they are released into the yard to run and play.
