I really don't think it's the average Joe's fault.  The media in West Virginia laughs at Global Warming and they sit there on TV-- the NEWS people and make fun of the tree huggers that profess pseudo-science.  They say global warming isn't real science, and then there is the church down the road that says, "Global warming: brought to you by the same what brought evolution" or something to that order.

The REASON it's so bad here isn't that people are stupid; that's a lie too, the reason is that it's COAL country and the malfeasance of Governor manchian is the promise of jobs to destroy our homeland-- a good salary and all you have to do is bomb the mountians, bull doze here, push this button to load the train, push this over burden into the stream bed, create a 27 billion gallon mountain lake for a sludge impound and at the end, there is a pension, and we are also guarantee'in health insurance for you and your family; you're going to need it, cause the water is now toxic.

It's no small mistake that Global Warming is being ignored-- there is huge money at stake.  CITI  finances MTR coal exploitation, and also crazy car loans.
