It's a bunch of nonsence!  It's cyclic.   Even if it wasn't.  There is nothing anyone could possibly do to REVERSE anything or make it any better.

Global warming, influenced by human activity, is a total crock, cooked up by those who make money by getting grants and manipulating the ignorant for political gain.  Those who promote the fraud should be taken out and shot.  They are beneath pond scum.  But then, that might adversely affect their self-esteem.  We can't have that, can we?

I think Al Gore and most of the tree hugging Hollywood liberal types are competely out of touch with reality.  I just turned on all my interior and exterior lights, 2 televisions, 2 dvd players, stereo and computer and plan to keep it on from 8:00 to 10:00.  If liberal media and Hollywood thinks it is a good idea, I'll do the opposite.

The earth climate is always changing, some times dramatically, with or without humans.  What is man made is the "Crisis".  Here are some undeniable truths.  There is no master themostat on the earth.  There is no "perfect" global temperature.  Not all species will survive even under "ideal" conditions.  Biologically, not all species "deserve" to survive.  It is all relative.  And then there is the law of unintended consequences. Lets suppose some one finds a way to halt or even reverse theh curent climate change.  Is it controllable?  What if the reversal goes to far and insted of warming thyere is excessive cooling?  Ice age any one?  Are these people so arrogant  that they think they can control the earths climate to within =/- what ever number of degrees.

Follow the money.  This is the latest attempt to gain cntrol of the worlds economic system.  This has absolutely nothing to do with the Earth.

Many Americans seem to be cynical and/or lazy, or at least their voices seem to be the loudest.

I think it is a good practice in awareness to do this....to see exactly how much power we are consuming.  We all need to be more aware.  We all should care.

No off I go to turn off lights....and be amazed at how much electricity we are using and how much we are taking for granted......

Climate change is one of the most serious problems ever to face humans.  Already many inhabited islands have been abandoned by their people.  The low-lying nations of Kiribati and the Maldives, with 700,000 people are already making evacuation plans.  The rice-growing regions of southern India, which produce 8% of the entire world's food supply will soon be underwater.  As the temperature rises, the areas infested with mosquitoes have expanded, bringing malaria, yellow fever and dengue fever to places, such as Florida, which never had them.  Because insects are hatching sooner, the adult insects are arriving before the crops which they used to pollinate produce blossoms.  Warmer water is changing the patterns of ocean currents, so fish feeding grounds are disappearing.  Algal bloom, known as red tide, is wiping out huge areas that were once rich in fish.  The snowpack on mountains worldwide is disappearing, which threatens the water supply to many areas.   Food crops are being squeezed out as tropical weeds invade temperate croplands.  And much more.  We are in trouble.
