bronx complaint for zoning. the neighborhood of gleason and zerega ave is a residential street in the past 2 years commercial business has been placed on accross of 2355 and 2357Gleason ave. they are using an ilegal address of 2354 (no such mailing address). 2 auto garages Godfrey and sons. if this sia residential neighborhood how can bommercial business be placd there, they park on sidewalks and play loud music and constant noise. we called the city 311 for zining and ilegal auto use in the area and they get paid off and all is squashed. police dont even question this in broad daylight what can be done , the bron presidents office made aware..
