Glass block installation

Hi there, what's the best method for installing glass blocks. The blocks I'm using are metric in size 190 mm X 190 X 90 thick. The blocks will be framed on all 4 sides and it will be 93.25 inch wide by 62.25 inches high. I want black joints showing out side (exterior apllication) and a different colour inside. Does this mean it's the pro vantage 2 system ?

Please if you can help with a bill of materials as well.
