The Giants actually won! Normally I'm not this excited about football ... but now I feel I've got to go to the parade. What's the best time to get there ... and where's the best place to watch?
The parade will start Tuesday at 11 a.m. on Broadway at Battery Place and is expected to follow a route north to Chambers Street. It ends with a ceremony at City Hall Plaza. Rain is expected.
