Getting rid of couch odor

We just got a microfiber couch from a man who bought it a few weeks ago, and didn't like it. It is a beautiful couch. The problem is he smoked in his house, and it was a little damp in there. How do we get the damp/smokey smell out? Febreze just isn't cutting it!
