Usually, you should just click "File" on your top-left side of the window, then click "Exit." Once you put Firefox back on, it would run normally. However, if your Firefox gets stuck in the Safe Mode, right-click the Firefox icon on your desktop and click "Properties." Then, click on the Shortcuts tab and make sure that the "Target" box is written as "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe".
