Love is the battery of life....

Hi, ---------- Without knowing exactly what happened it's hard to answer, however, since it happened and you can't retrieve it than the best thing to do is forgive yourselves and gorget it (delete it from your thoughts and memories, as if it never happened, don't think of it and never mention it.....). -------- Best regards,

Being able to talk to someone about this might help the 2 of you to get over it.You can't change the past and you can't erase your memories,so the best thing is to attend a few counseling sessions.

well its hard to help when you dont know when what or how long ago all this happened but if it happened just recently then you guys need to tackle the problem now and if it was a matter of her getting revenge for something you had done to her then its guilt that the two of you had done the same thing for whatever reasons and that can be easily fixed with a simiple talk and setting new boundaries and just wait and see how it goes from there

talk about it or seek counceling over the issue if its to personal. but if its deeper might be hard to deal with

Well i guess that depends on when it happened and what it was that happened. If it recently happened and it was a dramatic thing than sure it will take some time to let go, but if its happened a long time ago than you should be a bit concerned. I think that you should talk about it, and discuss why it bothers you both and why its effecting you both. If you cant communicate about it together and be at ease I'd go to some sort of counciling or therapy together.

Hey..best of luck withyour marrage..... got to work at it..everyday.  A open line of communication, listen, be fair minded and accept that a mistake was made....and let the romance begin.

Be honest and be true to yourself.

Bigj,

That doesn't sound  like a good advice.  If you don't have anything constructive to say, then just keep it to yourself.Foot in mouth
