Fastest way is by train from paddington straight to Truro. Should take 5.5 houres.

Have a nice trip.

ok.. i found the answer..

from London Paddington to Truro..

it's 120$ (OW) and 153$ (RT)  which is what i want..

 

and like you said it'll take about 5 hours!
