My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant ...

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for a long time. So finally we decided to both get checked out. My GYN said i was fine and didnt do any extensive tests. My husband went to a Urological group and they said he had low sperm count. He is now on Doxycycline Hyclate 100mg. Hes about half way done with his prescription. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to how long it would be until we would get pregnant?
