Physical violence should never be tolerated by a Man or Woman .  The emotion of Jealousy is rarely expressed through one single behavior .  Anger is normal , violence is a learned behavior .  I am sure he is exhibiting other warning signs , emotional abuse and sexual abuse are two examples , these just as with physical violence are control issues and will only intensify if he does not seek professional counseling , even then it can continue .   Angelina , Judging from your other questions on relationships , I think you need to revaluate yourself and your relationships .  Good Luck .

LaughingI'm a one woman man seeking a one man women to partner with for the rest of our live's, a fifty fifty relationship, someone who loves sincerly and lasting, someone who can accept an apolagy as well as give one, silent treatment, women are not excepted, vindictive woman are frowned on been there done that, never again in my lifetime will i seek a relationship with a women who is always right in her mind, no matter how wrong she is, i'm looking for an equal relationship, not a dictatorship, if your out there we may have something going already.

No no a real man never has to hit a women, and you as a women should never let a man hit you, that's not love, that's the beginning of a life full of beatings, get away from the slimeball now, before you beleive if you did something wrong it's ok for him to hit you, it's never ok for a man to hit a women !!!In my limited opinion.

Good luck rocco

It is never justified to hit a woman or man for that matter.  Not only is is not right to do it out of joulousy, but it is not right under any circumstances... even if his doubts are real, even if you are cheating on him, or even if he catches you in bed with another man.. it is not correct.

Contact me and we shall discuss this further.  It my previous relationship, my wife used to beat me out of jelousy.

Relationships are SIMPLE, when you LEARN How!

Angeline,

It is never okay for a man to hit you.  Period.  End of story.  It is not okay for either party in a relationship to use any form of hitting or violence at all.  I was hopeful that the Chris Brown and Rihanna incident would raise the awareness.  Now, if you did something to intentionally make him jealous, it is still not okay for him to hit you.  You both should be able to talk and work through your issues without any physical violence.

Of course not!  But I ask you did you trigger this in him?  In my present situation my boyfriend and I had a serious fight where I hit him and scratched him. He reacted and slapped me.  This was due to his jealousy of something he found out through the mouth of one of my supposed to be best friends.  I dont defend him, but I am also responsible in recognizing that he too is made of flesh and blood and something can offend him as much as it offends me. Read my question and give me some feed back.

Thanks
