my service provider geeks mobiles usa told me to disconnect from internet if you suspect presence of anti-virus/spyware... i did that .. which program shall i use for protection ? here is what they say...

you could use eset nod 32...geeks mobile usa guys are right, you hae to get ris of pesky viruses/spywares before surfing internet...
