No thanks I'm done
Gassy fireplace
When I turn on the gas in the fireplace I smell a gassy odor. It disapates pretty quickly, but concerns me. We had a plumber come out and he said it's the build up of unburned gas that's on the ceramic logs. He suggested cleaning the logs and getting new stuff for the embers.
Would this be the safest way to check for a gas leak and would you continue to use the fire place? We haven't used it in a few years.
