Gas dryer wont heat, HELP!

I replaced the igniter on my gas dryer...it worked for a load or two then quit again. The heat sensors have continuity, the flame sensor reads about 700 ohms and the new igniter reads about 230 ohms. There is 24 VAC at the igniter. Still no heat? HELP!  Is there suppose to be 120 VAC at the igniter?
