I am the garden assistant you can trust in your garden.
it may sound strange---though you may attempt to tape the stem back into place wrapping it around and up then pray that it generates healing for the broken places--this has worked for me--and they have continued to their bloom. The plant will continue to prosper with or without bloom. if you do not have it yet you may consider getting "the orchid expert" by Dr. D. G. Hessayon and/or "Orchids...a care manual" by Brian & Sara Rittershausen those are the best guides for learning to grow them. many blessings to you and your plant www.thegardenassistant.com
