Did anyone see the movie G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra? We missed seeing it in the theatres this summer. Would you recommend buying G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra (Two-Disc Edition + Digital Copy) [Blu-ray] (2009) this week when it's released?
I haven't seen the movie, but I haven't heard great things about it either. I would recommend renting it at the video store and watching it first before you decide to buy it. That way you can decide if it's worth the money.
Dunno if you want it for young kids, but as an adult it was fun to see an interpretation of one of the most popular toys for many years. My husband wants us to get the 2-Disk edition of G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra cuz he loves how you feel you're right there with Blu-ray.
