Fuel Injecter problem

My fuel injecters (3 of them) are bad in my 2007 c2500 sierra pu. It was made with the new diesel engine. The dealership said it probably would be 8-15-08 before the new part arrive. What can I do? Need truck for work. Help, Dave (Truck is only 7 months old and very few miles). kred55@yahoo.com
