Why doesn't my fudge set up?

This can be caused by inproper cooking (no cooking long enough) or not beating enough to allow for proper fine crystal formation.

Political Activist:  never be afraid to speak out, regardless of how unpopular a subject may be. 

Cook the Fudge to the soft ball stage.  That is when several drops of the mixture, dropped into a cup of cold water, form a soft ball with your fingers and the mixture holds its shape.
