i agree totally with what the others say, but if you find it hard to be blunt and simply say "do you want to date?" then you could possible do it the simple old fasioned way and be provocative? men are (though i hate to admit it..) as simple as a light switch, as you live together there are many simple ways to be provocative, and that does not mean you have to be rude. but if you show him the right signs at the right times you will know in a second how you stand with him, once you know that asking the question will be as easy as pie.
