Yes, absolutely.  It's how me and my first husband hooked up.  We just wanted to be friends and have something physical too..... but it evolved into love and respect for one another.  It's a touchy game though, if you put yourself out there, will he reject you????

You have to be completely objective here and ask yourself what it is that you would really have in common enough to make the emotional part work out in favor for both of you.

Great friends is a great start to something wonderful, tread lightly, approach touchy subjects slowly and be objective about what it is that you both really have together.  If it's there it will come to fruition.
