French song recognition

I'm looking for the name of a famous french song that keep hearing on the radio from time to time.

There's an orchestra on the background with a dominant violine. I don't speak french but the end of the first sentence ends with a word sounds like "$#@% jolly #$@#".

Thanks.

I have a vague memory of a French song I heard years ago, about fruit salad, and I'm sure the word "jolly" was in it. It's a mail singer, could it be the one?

Sounds like "Elle etait si jolie" which was first performed by Alain Barriere on the Eurovision contest of 1963.

Is it the one you are looking for?
