A:I found a marking on the faucet --- B&K. I looked it up and they have a website that gave me their toll free phone number. I called them and they are kind enough to send me the repair kit as a courtesy. The customer service rep said that they couldn't sell me one since they don't sell to an end customer. I haven't received it yet but it's only been 3 working days so I'm not worried.....yet. Hopefully, it will be the right part and hopefully, it's just "plug and play".
