I don't believe there is such a thing as a free reverse cell phone directory , well certainly not for Joe public anyway. The information that you require is kept by the large cell phone companies who then charge to release the information , unless you have an FBI badge on your chest or something ...

The companies who charge a fee to reverse lookup cell phone numbers are the ones who have bought the information from the cell phone companies.

I spent hours online visiting at least 3 "Free" reverse cell phone directories before I realized all this. Each time I tediously filled in all the information, only to be directed to a page where you are given incomplete details (perhaps the city and state where the person resides) and are then asked to pay to see the rest of the info! Grrrrr , I wish they would be upfront with that ...

Anyway, after trial and error I use Reverse cell phone directory Detective , there is a fee, but they're straight up, quick and have complete information! Why do I say complete information ? ....
