Free postage for non-profit org.

We are a Rescue Group for Animals.  It is a non-profit org.  We are looking for ways to cut cost.  We have many adopters, volunteers and folks who donate to us.  How would we apply for free postage for a non-profit group, for our newsletter and mailings?
