can disabled wv residents get a free laptop? without offers from companies?they tell you its free but then they require you to buy offers at $ 1 and up how can it be free? if you have to pay money, i think that's called false advertisment i need a computer i for myself but i cant afford it and my credit is bad is there a way for me to get this?
