It is free to submit I believe, although there are some editors that look at your website to make sure that you are a lawyer website and not just a spamming directory. I think that this is free. This is a great way to start to getting web traffic to you site.

Findlaw and Lawyers.com are not free, but it might not be a bad idea to be listed in these lawyer directories. both of these directories allow you to list for a lot of practice areas including: family law, criminal law, intellectual property, copyright, trademark, dwi, real estate etc.
