What about Frederik Meijer Gardens & Scupture Park?

I can't believe Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids, MI aren't in the Top 10 or even listed as having not made the list. Anyone who has been there would agree. I've been to several that did make the list (and they belonged there) but omitting this one had to be an oversight. I live near the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory in Ft. Wayne, IN, and while it's nice for a small public garden, it's not even close to being in a class with the Meijer Gardens. I actually thought it was going to be Number One. It's THAT fabulous.

If you know who picks these for the awards, write and ask them why this one was omitted or if it was an oversight. It could have very well have been, and you bringing it to their attention will keep them from not considering it next year. Keep up the good eye for beautiful things and what you feel is deserving, because you may make someone feel better about the work they put into something that didn't get mentioned at all.You might just make their day. Good luck.

Are you sure that's fabulous and not simply a queer example of displeasing?

I agree with kbaumle.  Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park is the spectaular botanic garden and world-class sculpture park. It gives you a feeling of being at peace with the environment. The sculptures are amazing.  In the summer the butter fly exhibit is open it is so beatiful. The funnest time of the year is to go around christmas. They have christmas trees desighend from all around...

Yeah, so frederik meijer gardens just make as the list. It's always been like that and that's the way that it in all likelihood will stay

None of these rankings are clean of interests. I never trust these kind of contests you should trust yourself in this case.
