I click on start shut down on windows XP and shut down never pops up. This cause's me to use ctr alt delete to shut down
Do you give it enough time to pop up? Some computers are really slow. Try cleaing your temporary internet files and cookies. Then use your disc clean up and then defrag. See if it will pop up the. Hope it works for you
